What to Expect:
The workshop covers the Fundamentals of Qigong and includes a combination of theory and experiential lessons. All levels of experiene and ability are welcome; all the practices can be done both standing or seated. Participants will leave the experience with confidence in their ability to design and perform a personal moving meditation practice at home that heals.

Your Instructor
Cyndi Silva is a certified Medical Qigong practice leader, certified Tai Chi Easy practice leader, Yoga and Pilates instructor, Somatic Healing, Movement and Meditation Guide who has led mind body classes since the mid 90's. Her appreciation for practicing and sharing the healing benefits of ceremonial teas and movement as medicine is rooted in the intelligence of our body's innate healing capacity and it's deepest desire to commune with natures qi.
Through fluid movement sequences, Cyndi creates inspired and rejuvenating environments that invoke our intimate connection to nature and activates our body's healing potential to its' fullest expression. She is intuitively tuned to the rhythm and flow of natural cycles and generously shares knowledge on how to experience the healing qualities of nature's grace. Cyndi is a California Central Coast native and resident of Avila Beach.
